Amy McCorkle is the owner of Sweet Escape Cake Company, a family-owned, woman-owned boutique bakery on South Meridian Street in Indianapolis. She started baking cakes for her own kids at home, then opened the storefront in 2017 and grew it into one of the city's most-awarded cake shops. Amy and her team pair 19 signature flavors and 9 fillings with house-made buttercream on every custom wedding and occasion cake.
