Meet Amy McCorkle
Sweet Escape Cake Company started the way the best things do, at home. Owner Amy McCorkle began baking cakes for her own kids, and what came out of that home kitchen grew into a boutique bakery on South Meridian Street and one of Indianapolis's most celebrated cake shops.
From multi-tiered wedding cakes to whimsical one-of-a-kind birthday cakes, magical iced sugar cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, macarons, and more, no matter how big or small the celebration, we have your dessert needs covered. Our bakers and cake artists pride themselves on creations that not only look amazing, but taste incredible with our signature flavors and house-made buttercream.

We are proud to have created custom cakes for the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Indianapolis Colts, and Indiana University football, alongside thousands of Central Indiana weddings and celebrations. We are even prouder of the Indianapolis community that keeps showing up for small businesses like ours.
Serving Indianapolis and Central Indiana
Visit us at 7745 S. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46217. We are open Monday 9am to 4pm, Tuesday through Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and closed on Sundays. Custom orders are picked up at the shop, and we offer delivery and setup on orders $350 and up across Central Indiana, including Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, Greenwood, Avon, Brownsburg, Plainfield, Franklin, Greenfield, Anderson, Danville, and Martinsville.
