Every cake is individually priced by size, flavors, and design. Buttercream and fresh flowers cost less than fondant, intricate piping, metallic finishes, or sugar flowers.

$30 for you and a guest, 50 minutes, three flavors and three fillings. Applied to your order, and waived on a $500+ same-day booking.

Available on orders $350+. Friday and Saturday start at $60 for up to 10 miles; Sundays and holiday weekends start at $125, by distance.

Booking

Book 5 to 9 months out for the best chance at a spot. A $100 deposit holds your date; balance is due one month prior.

Save your top tier and we will bake you a free 6-inch cake on your first anniversary.

Wedding Cake FAQs

How much is a wedding cake?
Every cake is individually priced based on size, flavors and fillings, and design. Our tiered wedding cakes are priced by the serving, starting at $7.00 per slice (about 1 by 2 by 4 inches). The base price includes one signature flavor and one filling per tier. As a reference, three-tier cakes start at $518 (74 servings) and four-tier cakes start at $910 (130 servings). More intricate decoration, fondant, metallic finishes, and sugar flowers add to the price.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes. We offer delivery and setup of wedding cakes and desserts for weddings and larger events with a minimum order of $350. Delivery pricing is based on the day and distance: Friday and Saturday start at $60 for up to 10 miles, and Sundays and holiday weekends start at $125, increasing with distance. Setup includes placing the cake and arranging desserts on their stands, so please have any display pieces on the cake table before we arrive.
Is there a tasting or consultation fee?
Tastings are $30, applied to your order if you book with us. You and a guest can try three flavors and three fillings in any combination, with $5 per additional guest over three. Book a minimum $500 order the same day as your tasting and the $30 fee is applied toward your order.
What should we expect from a consultation, and how should we prepare?
Tastings run about 50 minutes. You will try up to three flavors and three fillings and leave with a cake design and price quote. Bring photos, color swatches, or invitations for inspiration. We email your invoice and contract the same day. Not sure what you want? That is okay, we will design around what you do and do not like.
What if we live out of town or are too busy to come in?
No problem. We can talk by phone or email, build an invoice from that conversation, and send it to you. If you would like to taste flavors, we can prepare a to-go tasting for pickup with a couple of days notice.
We have had a consultation and are ready to book. What is next?
We require a $100 deposit to hold your date based on the size and design discussed at your consultation. The balance is due one month prior to your event. We re-confirm all details 30 days out, when you can still change design, size, or flavor, and collect the remaining balance at that point.
When should we place our deposit?
You can never book too early. We recommend placing your deposit about 5 to 9 months before your wedding for the best chance at a spot on our calendar. Even if your date is coming up fast, ask us, we may still be able to help.
Can we make changes to our order after placing a deposit?
The date of your final payment is the last date for changes to size (increase only), style, or flavors. Changes after that cannot be guaranteed and may add charges. Any reduction in servings must be requested and approved at least 30 days before your event.
Can you accommodate special diets?
We offer a limited menu in gluten free OR vegan, but not gluten free AND vegan combined. We do our best with food allergies, though we work with 6 of the top 8 allergens (milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat) and cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
Can I pick up my cake myself?
Yes. In many cases you can safely transport the cake yourself. We assemble it fully and box it on a sturdy board. You will want a flat surface (an SUV or minivan cargo area works well), the AC on to keep it cool, and gentle driving with no hard stops. Pickups are during normal business hours.
Do you provide cake stands?
We offer a limited number of stands for rental. Let us know if you are interested and we will share what is available.
Do you offer a first anniversary cake?
Yes. If you serve the top tier of your cake at your wedding, we will provide a free 6-inch round cake on your first anniversary. Just contact us at least two weeks before your anniversary to arrange pickup and choose a flavor.
